Sarah is a licensed clinical social worker operating a private practice in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. She received a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, in 2019. She then pursued a two-year clinical internship in the field leading to full licensure as a mental health professional. Sarah is a certified clinical trauma professional who specializes in regulation of the nervous system and the re-consolidation of traumatic memories utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Her approach to optimal wellness combines integrative lifestyle medicine with mindfulness-based techniques and cognitive processing tools. Sarah accomplished her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and has since received additional accreditation from The Trauma-Conscious Yoga institute. She blends a variety of breath work, functional movement, and meditation modalities to support greater embodiment and deeper levels of self-awareness. 

Her belief is that we are all relational beings who are built for connection. She helps people discover their authentic self and true path. Sarah helps clients cultivate unconditional self-love and discover a sense of belonging. 

In session, you can count on her to provide an accepting and nurturing environment where you have the opportunity to genuinely express yourself. Sarah’s therapeutic goal is to assist you in becoming an empowered individual who understands how to generate a sense of holistic wellbeing.
